John Von Klopp is the new boys soccer coach at Watertown High School.  The Sun Prairie native, who has extensive coaching experience with Madison-area clubs, has been the coach at Fort Atkinson the past two seasons. The Blackhawks were 9-11-2 overall and 1-5 in the Southern Badger Conference last fall.
Von Klopp succeeds Brian Staus, the Goslings' coach for the last three years. - Chris Kindschi, who has coached at Beloit Memorial since 1999, stepped down as the school's girls and boys coach to take over the Rockford College women's program. Kindschi was the girls head coach for eight years and led the Purple Knights boys program for the past six years. The Beloit native becomes the sixth coach for Rockford College, which went 4-14 overall and 2-10 in the Northern Athletics Conference last fall.
- The rosters are set for the Wisconsin Masonic Senior All-Star Games, which are July 25 at Marian College in Fond du Lac (Boys roster // Girls roster). The girls game is at 11 a.m., with the boys game at 1 p.m. Tickets are $10.
